Problem & Solution
- Trust and Safety Concerns
When dealing with the public, many people have fears of being cheated or harmed by strangers as it’s hard to build credibility between buyers and sellers. - Delivery Problems
Affordable delivery solutions for used items are scarce. Large items can’t be picked up or shipped privately, and shipping small items can cost more than the item itself. This is the most common “deal-breaker”.
TagHawk is the only resale marketplace focusing on community buying and selling.
We create a more efficient way for users to buy and sell used items with unique connections to their communities, resolving both pain points.
